강한 바람과 비를 동반한 사이클론이 인도 동부 해안을 휩쓸고 3개 주에서 온 수만 명의 사람들이 대피소로 대피했습니다.
일요일 밤에 해안을 따라 폭우와 바람이 기록되었습니다. 벵골 만을 가로지르는 열대성 폭풍이 상륙하기 시작했습니다. 또 다른 사이클론이 이 지역을 강타하여 파괴된 지 4개월 만입니다.
인도 기상부는 트위터에 사이클론 굴라브가 상륙하기 시작했음을 나타내는 구름 띠가 오디샤와 안드라프라데시의 해안 지역에 닿았다고 밝혔습니다.
최대 95km/h의 바람을 동반한 이 폭풍은 자정(19:30 GMT) 이전에 오디샤 주와 안드라프라데시 주의 해안을 가로지를 것으로 예상됩니다.
